As the successful trial of Wallgate’s new Police Safer Cell Handwash Unit draws to a close enquiries and orders for the Home Office commissioned units are being received from all parts of the country.

One of the first forces to adopt the new unit is the Metropolitan Police who are in the process of three new builds. Polar Park at Heathrow will be followed by Barking and Leyton.

Designed to be modular, Wallgate’s PSH range offers Police Forces choice to suit individual requirements from a cold water or pre-mixed water supply only to heated water, soap and warm air drier, or to the PSHD-20 model which offers warm water, soap, warm air drier and potable drinking water.

The PSH range complements other Wallgate secure products such as anti-ligature WCs and showers.
