Supported by a network of qualified engineers, our 'standard' maintenance contract provides two scheduled visits each year. When on site, engineers ensure all aspects of each Wallgate product is examined for efficiency, function and safety.
Maintenance contracts can be tailored to suit your individual needs, ensuring your products have a maintenance plan that's best value for you. What's more, good maintenance helps extend the life of your sanitaryware products, potential future problems can be identified and resolved before they become irreversible. A simple annual service premium per product covers labour, replacement parts and site attendance for the scheduled service visits, plus interim visits to rectify any faults that occur.
You can also use our service department for unplanned servicing or remedial work and replacement parts. We provide effective and fast support for urgent needs.
