On-site commissioning services
To assist in the smooth transition from installation to fully operational, we can provide an on-site commissioning service for all projects, no matter how large or small. Our qualified engineers will ensure that the installation of each item is checked for safety, maximum functional efficiency and is left in full working order, ready for use.
Supported by a network of engineers, our standard service contract provides two scheduled visits per annum. All aspects of each Wallgate product is examined for efficiency, function and safety. A simple annual service premium per unit covers labour cost, replacement parts and site attendance costs for the scheduled service visits, plus interim visits to rectify faults. Alternatively, you may wish to use our service department for repairs and servicing as required.
Genuine parts service
We offer a comprehensive spares and replacement parts service for all our products. The reliability of our products is such that many units are still in service after 25 years and the full range of spares and replacement parts are still available. Full technical backup, information and assistance is available from a dedicated 'service line' during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
There is a repair and maintenance service available for all our products. If you don’t have a service contract with us we offer a one off service as and when required supported by our network of qualified engineers.
Deep cleaning service
We offer a deep cleaning restoration service for all solid surface products where our skilled engineers will come to site and bring your tired products back to life.

Handwash replacement service (HRS)
We offer our existing customers with older obsolete handwash units a ‘one stop’ replacement service. This comprises of a new Thrii handwash unit with conversion kit, full installation and commissioning leaving ready for use.
Network commissioning service
As part of our on-site services we provide Network Development and Commissioning. Our WDC range of controllers can be coupled with our powerful WDCMS front end software to provide comprehensive power and water management.
