The probationary period is 3 months or 6 months, dependent on your role within the company. If the Company is not satisfied with your performance during that period, it may be extended by written notice. Satisfactory completion of the probationary period will be confirmed in writing.
The holiday year is from 1 January to 31 December in each year. In addition to statutory bank & public holidays; you are entitled to 23 days' paid holiday per holiday year.
The Company shall comply with its legal obligations under the Pension Act 2008 (regarding auto-enrolment). Eligible after 3 months employment, employers’ contribution 3% & employee 5%. There will also be an opportunity to join the Company Scheme.
You will be provided with items of uniform or safety equipment, you must wear them without exception and ensure that they are maintained in good condition.
